Problem:
Another established company with a long tradition of success, Nassau Suffolk Lumber had the goods. Recognizing the dazzle some ham-’n-egg newcomers were throwing at customers — websites! Web ads! Digital promotions! — NSL needed to show customers the difference between the sizzle and the steak.
More specifically, NSL needed to maintain ties with the contractors and other beloved customers who’d given them decades of strong business, while connecting with a new generation of customers and friends to carry the company forward.
Solution:
New Media’s mission: Develop a modernized marketing campaign that bridged the gap. To cover traditional outlets, New Media forged a top-quality print campaign (including direct-mail postcards and customer brochures) and produced updated radio spots; to reach into the future, we built a shiny new blog and a soon-to-launch new website. Now NSL reaches old and new customers across multiple demographics … and New Media has scored another victory for a longtime friend.
